Hemodynamic and fluid flow analysis of a cerebral aneurysm: a CFD simulation

Abstract In this study, we investigate the hemodynamics parameters and their impact on aneurysm rupture. The simulations are performed an ideal (benchmark) realistic model for intracranial that appears at anterior communicating artery. geometry was reconstructed from patient-specific cerebral arteries. computational fluid dynamics utilized to hemodynamic such as flow recirculation, wall shear stress, pressure. boundary conditions measured patient using ultrasonography. solution of governing equations is obtained by ANSYS-FLUENT 19.2 package.
